Terms and conditions of sale applied to prepayments and security deposits

The reservation only becomes final when the deposit is paid. The remaining balance for your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival. Your bank details are used to guarantee your reservation until the day of your arrival and a 30% deposit will be taken when you book your stay. To cancel a reservation, see our conditions for cancellation. If you shorten the length of your stay, the total stay will still be charged. The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.

Conditions for cancellation and modification

Cancellation up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival: the 30% deposit is not reimbursed. Cancellation less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. If you shorten the length of your stay, the total stay will still be charged.

Late cancellations, late changes, or no shows will be charged in full.

Under no circumstances may the amount representing this penalty be carried over to another stay. The date your request for a cancellation or change was sent will be used to determine the cancellation date. We cannot accept cancellations or changes by telephone or through a third party, except with written authorisation. If you wish to leave the hotel prematurely, we will provide no refunds unless documents are supplied, proving force majeure.

The hotel reserves the right to modify and even cancel its programs. It is not responsible for valuables, money, jewellery, etc. It reserves the right to modify its prices in the event of changes in the value of currencies or changes in the price of transport or accommodation during the period its services are used, regardless of the registration or payment date.
The customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, that they are excluded from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sale for the rate reserved specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.


In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they both shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer can to refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, namely the European Ombudsman Association, within one year from the date of the written complaint addressed to the professional.
